When the concrete plastically settles, cracks will occur at the bottom of the plate. The treatment measures include opening holes for pouring, vibrating and exhausting in the metal plate. Before the structural concrete is initially set, concrete is inserted into the hole and vibrated to solidify it. The concrete in the hole should be slightly higher than the surface of the metal plate, and it should be smoothed during the initial setting of the concrete. You can also wait until the concrete reaches the design strength, and then the holes in the metal plate are still sealed by welding.
Bolts with exposed ends have both ends passing through the outer surface of the waterproof structure, and their periphery may become a water seepage channel. The plastic shrinkage of concrete will cause water seepage pores at the bottom of the bolt. Certain anti-seepage measures should be taken, and a water-stop ring should be welded in the middle, just like the embedded wall pipe. You can also leave a deep and wide groove around the bolt facing the water surface. Embed waterproof sealant to block water seepage channels.
If the bolts exposed at one end are buried in a protective layer no less than thick from the wall or bottom of the floor at the other end of the waterproof structure, they can be treated as one embedded bolt. If the protective layer is less than the welding time, it is advisable to add a welding water stop ring.
Reserved anchor holes should have at least a thick concrete protective layer at the bottom of the reserved holes. If the bottom of the reserved holes is not thick enough. Local thickening measures should be taken to compensate for its thickness.
