The assembly platform, formwork, etc. should be flat and firm to ensure the assembly accuracy of the components. Corresponding assembly measures must be proposed based on the drawing process and quality standards and combined with the characteristics of the components.
The possibility of welding should be considered. The welding deformation should be minimal and easy to correct, so as to determine whether to adopt one-time assembly or multiple assembly, that is, first assemble and weld into several parts, correct the welding deformation separately, and then assemble into components.
Welding shrinkage allowance and post-weld machining allowance should be considered.
All processed parts should be checked to see if their specifications, dimensions and quantity meet the requirements. All parts should be corrected, and any rust, burrs, oil, ice, and snow on the connecting contact surface and along the edge of the weld should be cleaned.
After the concealed parts are assembled, they must be confirmed by the quality inspection department before they can be welded or externally concealed. After the first batch of components is assembled, they should be fully inspected and confirmed to be qualified by the quality inspection department before assembly can continue.
When splicing is required, in order to reduce the internal stress of welding and facilitate correction after deformation, the splicing and welding should be inspected and corrected first before assembly.
A reasonable assembly sequence should be determined based on the structural form, welding method, welding sequence and other factors. Generally, the main parts should be first, then the secondary parts, the middle first and then the two ends, first transversely then longitudinally, first internally then externally, in order to reduce Deformation.
When using clamps for assembly, when dismantling the clamps, do not use a hammer to knock them down, but use gas cutting to remove them so as not to damage the base metal. The remaining weld scars and slag should be ground clean.
The width of the steel plate splicing should not be less than that, and the length should not be less than the section steel splicing length. All spliced welds are full penetration butt welds with qualified thickness by ultrasonic flaw detection and can be inspected by other methods such as ray or drilling.
